Mickael Muller

Mickael Muller

« I try to capture the energy of a person who is being true to themselves. This I believe is the essence of a photograph. »-Michael Muller

Raised in Northern California by Thomas and Janeice Muller, Michael spent much of his youth traveling to more than forty five different countries due to his family’s move to Saudi Arabia where his father over saw the building of Jubail. It was here that he was first inspired to pick up a camera after he saw the joy that his father derived from taking pictures.

After returning back to the United States; Michael at the age of fifteen began photographing the sport of snowboarding. Within a year, he saw his first photographs published. With little documented photographic experience, he was accepted into the Otis Parsons School of Design with advanced placement. After one short semester he found himself an art school dropout. Michael then embarked on a journey of self-education. By the time he was twenty-two, running on talent alone, he began photographing some of the most prestigious names in the entertainment and fashion industry.

His work has graced the covers and pages of magazines including: Vanity Fair, Elle, Rolling Stone, Harper’s Bazaar, Flaunt, The New York Times, Espn, Filter, Esquire, Interview and Time Magazine. Michael has worked on campaigns for SPEEDO, NIKE, BILLABONG, DITA EYEWEAR, RANGE ROVER, DODGE, FILA, and VON ZIPPER. He also just finished an extensive Scuba Expedition in The Galapagos Islands for the Swiss watchmaker IWC that is going to help support The Charles Darwin Foundation and UNESCO. Michael just currently documented MARVEL Studios first film IRONMAN as well as X-MEN ORIGINS WOLVERINE, HANCOCK, MAX PAYNE, ENTOURAGE, 24, CRASH, THE BEAST as well as many other film and television projects.

MARILYN MANSON RELEASES “WE’RE FROM AMERICA” FROM
THE HIGH END OF LOW

AVAILABLE AS FREE DOWNLOAD AT MARILYN MANSON.COM MARCH 27th

(March 23rd, 2009)— Marilyn Manson’s anticipated reunion with longtime friend and foil Twiggy Ramirez inches closer with the release of “We’re From America,” the first listen from the forthcoming The High End of Low. Available as a free download March 27th, exclusively on MarilynManson.com, the song will be available as a digital single on April 7th and will preview Manson’s forthcoming seventh studio album landing May 26th.
The album’s official first single “Arma… geddon” will arrive at radio April 13th. Manson’s new lineup including Ramirez (for the first time in close to a decade), plus keyboardist Chris Vrenna, and dummer Ginger Fish, will close the main stage at the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival, this July through August. Manson will also kick off his world tour with a headline festival run this June in Europe.
Produced by Manson ,Vrenna, and Twiggy, The High End of Low was recorded in his Hollywood Hills studio and also features the track, “I Want to Kill You Like They Do In The Movies.” Manson says of the new album, « I think my life definitely ended and began. The record sounds very final, but it’s almost optimistic – though that feels like a strange word to use. It’s a phoenix from the fire and a redemption resurrection. »
Since emerging from South Florida in the early 1990s, Marilyn Manson has continued to upend the mainstream with each new release. The tumultuous relationship Manson has cultivated with the public worldwide has resulted in multi-million records sales, sold-out tours, protests, legal battles, hate, adoration, award-winning distilled spirits (Mansinthe) and most importantly, a long list of some of the most enduring and genre-defying music in the rock era (“Lunchbox,” “Sweet Dreams,” “The Beautiful People,” “Tourniquet,” “The Dope Show,” “This Is The New Shit,” “Mobscene,” “Heart-Shaped Glasses,” etc.)
The first one’s always free… Beginning with a small, slow dose on March 27th with “We Are From America,” the new era of Marilyn Manson and The High End of Low begins now.

» I started Boudist in 2003, not knowing what it would become. I still don’t.
It’s primarily a place for me to share photos i’ve taken and links that i find interesting. It evolves as i do.
In 2003 i was a web designer with a passing interest in photography. In the intervening years that interest has grown into a full blown obsession and a full-time photography career.
My day job is Chief Photographer for Time Out Sydney. While i post photos i take for work, this site isn’t endorsed or affiliated with Time Out. I live in Surry Hills, Sydney, Australia. «

Mudweiser

Mudweiser

MUDWEISER :My last photograph, my last work on my WEBSITE

Mudweiser is a new french band.

Mudweiser was born in October 2005, with members from various metal bands such as Enkindle, Eyeless, Opposite Prompt Side, Mass of nameless. After a period without a singer, during which we spent our practice sessions composing new songs and refining older ones, Reuno from Lofofora joined the band in May 2006.
Mudweiser aim is simply to enjoy the music we play and make people enjoy it as much as we do, it’s that simple, no additives, no posing, no fake attitude, no BS … , making our music sound as « rocky » and « stony » as possible.

New album is coming out in april 2009, Enjoy
